My name is Charlie Gutierrez, and I live with my family in Bakersfield, California. I am an inventor and have been working with Dr. Thomas for several years. We have multiple projects in the field of human mobility and rehab. Not only has Dr. Thomas displayed a great deal of technical competence, but he has a kind heart for others. He is a gifted healer. An empathetic listener. An ingenious problem solver. He wishes in every possible way to relieve human suffering. I can’t recommend him highly enough for public office. He recognizes God as the source of all human rights and only desires to have a minimal government which competently protects those rights.
